Driven by a passion for all things classic, inspired by our community, celebrating art in motion while writing for the hell of it.

Alexa Barlow

An artist by nature, Alexa Barlow has always been drawn to the soul of a vehicle. She values automotive individualism by celebrating the creative freedom, artistic expression, vintage style, and all things hot rodding.  Lex has always seen classic cars as a form of art-in-motion, a blank canvas waiting for the right person to make it their own.  Each one with a unique history, story and memories waiting to be shared. She started Nuts and Bolts Cult to celebrate the community of artists, purists and hot rodders.

B.C. Barlow

Bitten by the car bug before he knew any better, B.C. Barlow has bought, built, restored and regrettably sold many classic cars.

B.C. Barlow’s passion for classic American muscle was ignited by stories about his father’s shackled up ‘71 Chevelle with a hijacked LS6 454. Those stories inspired B.C. to build cars that represented who he was.  His passion seduced him, and compelled him to search out and discover long forgotten, left for dead, rusted out relics, and pluck them from their would be graves with hopes of giving them new life.

His unrelenting love for classic cars and for the written word led him to approach his creative projects with a new desire, sharing stories about cars, culture and community.  His ambition as Chief Editor for Nuts and Bolts Cult is to combine his two passions to share his hobby with the world, one article at a time.

Ashton Eaves

From the moment he could walk, Ashton Eaves had an undeniable passion for cars. As a kid, he was always pushing the limits—jumping ramps, drifting Four Wheelers, and going a little too fast. Then falling in love with every new car he laid eyes on. Influenced by his family's love for classic muscle, he admired the raw power of American icons, the timeless elegance of the ‘63 Corvette Stingray, and the decades of Ferrari craftsmanship that defined automotive artistry.

Today, Ashton channels his talents in videography, graphic design, and technology to build a thriving community for fellow enthusiasts. His mission is to create a space where passion meets creativity—where car lovers can showcase their hard work, share their stories, and preserve their automotive journeys as lasting memories.

Abby Eaves

Abby realized her love for cars when she found herself learning to drive a manual transmission behind the wheel of a Jazz Blue Dodge Challenger. With the pistol grip shifter in one hand and 450 horsepower beneath her right foot, there began her love for cars.

After leaving Utah for San Diego in pursuit of her passions, Abby Eaves became one of the founders of Nuts and Bolts Cult. She hopes to capture and share the beauty of art in motion through the lens of her camera.
